SB 277 FORCED VACCINATIONS FOR ALL CHILDREN
CALIFORNIA VACCINATION RATE IS 97.46%
THE FACTS DO NOT SUPPORT A NEED FOR FORCED VACCINATIONS
Exemption statistics are inaccurate using an "all or nothing" method. A child missing even 1 shot would fall under the category of "unvaccinated." 99% of parents utilizing the PBE for their children are selectively vaccinating. These parents along with their doctor's recommendations are responsibly vaccinating based on the individual needs of each child because one size does not fit all.
COMPREHENSIVE REPORT: "For no reason other than freedom, without prejudice on the pros and cons of various vaccinations both individually and on a broader statistical basis, no citizen should be made to get an injection of anything at the point of a gun. I absolutely oppose this legislation." - Chris Thompson, President Fullerton School District, Board of Trustees Fullerton, CA |
SB 277 is a mandated vaccination law based on fear not fact.
Those children who are not completely up-to-date on every state mandated vaccine will be denied an education "private or public elementary or secondary school, child care center, day nursery, nursery school, family day care home, or development center." SB 277, would eliminate a parent's right to exempt their children from one, some, or all vaccines, a risk-laden medical procedure. Only a medical exemption would remain, which is usually only issued after a catastrophic adverse vaccine reaction has occurred, and often times, not even then.
