Congresswoman Wilson wants to require children who attend public schools to receive every shot on the CDC recommended vaccine schedule. See Bill HR 2232
“The health and safety of children must be our top priority,” Wilson said in a press release accompanying the introduction of her bill. The fact that Congresswoman Wilson's Senior Advisor Keenan Austin's former job as Senior pharmaceutical sales representative, GlaxoSmithKline calls into question the motivation for a federally mandated vaccination bill. While the Federal Government has no authority to force States into vaccine compliance, they can 'blackmail' schools by withholding Federal Funds from those schools who do not comply to vaccination laws. Stating concern about the health of children, Congresswomen Wilson dismisses the fact, that the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program has paid out well over $2 billion to the families of victims who died or suffered other catastrophic injuries as a result of being immunized, according to the National Vaccine Information Center. The U.S. government created this specific court in 1986 to protect pharmaceutical companies from the direct lawsuits that were arising due to the preponderance of illnesses and injuries that were stemming from the company’s vaccination products. By establishing the Vaccine Court, the government now protects the pharmaceutical industry by trying the cases and awarding damages from a federal excise tax added to the cost of each dosage of a vaccine. On February 22, 2020 the U.S. Supreme Court shielded drug companies from all liability for harm caused by vaccines mandated by government when companies could have made a safer vaccine. 1 From now on, drug companies selling vaccines in America will not be held accountable by a jury of our peers in a court of law if those vaccines brain damage us but could have been made less toxic. 2 If you get paralyzed by a flu shot or your child has a serious reaction to a vaccine required for school and becomes learning disabled, epileptic, autistic, asthmatic, diabetic or mentally retarded, you are on your own. 3, 4,5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 From now on – unless we stand up and draw the line on vaccine mandates - the government can legally use police powers to force every American to get hundreds of vaccinations or be punished while those, who are hurt by vaccination, can be more easily swept under the rug and left to fend for themselves. 17, 18, 19&, 20 READ MORE ABOUT VACCINE LIABLITY and ACCOUNTABLITY at NVIC H.R. 2232 STATUS: The bill would still need to pass committee hearings, as well as house and senate votes before it goes before President Obama, who would likely sign it according to past statements. The administration’s failure thus far to respond to a White House petition signed by over 130 thousand people, seeking the prohibition of “any laws mandating the force and requirement of vaccinations of any kind” – which met the required signature threshold more than a month ago – is indeed telling. Once Congress passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act in 1986, (eliminating the liablity for Vaccine Manufacturers) the number of vaccines on the schedule increased dramatically.
